Board Meetings

LHA Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 PM at the Ames Arena conference room.  At the beginning of each meeting there is a time reserved for "speakout to the board".  This is a time for members to address the board with questions, comments, concerns and feedback.  Members are also welcome to attend the entire meeting.  These are open meetings, but occasionally there may be a topic that needs to be "closed".  The agenda for each month will be posted by Tuesday the week of the meeting.  Minutes for each month are posted in the month following the meeting after board approval.
