Help spread the word....

The Lakeville Hockey Association (LHA) is launching a new initiative for the 2014 – 2015 hockey season in an effort to increase participation at the Mite and U8 levels.  We are asking LHA families to help spread the word about the new “Play Hockey for Free program.  Over the past few seasons LHA and other communities around the state have seen a decline in the number of kids playing hockey and LHA’s goal is to reverse that trend.

In the coming months you will see more information promoting this initiative but in the mean time we ask people to forward this information to friends, classmates and neighbors in Lakeville that may be interested.

What:  LHA will waive the registration fee for all 1st year players.  This is a $365 savings for Mite boys and U8 girls for the 2014 – 2015 season.

Who is Eligible:  Boys and girls born between 7/1/2005 and 6/30/2008 who attend school in Lakeville ISD 194 (including All Saints).  This program is open only to kids signing up for their first year of organized hockey at the Mite or U8 levels.

WhenRegister on the LHA website August 15, 2014 through October 21, 2014.

Questions:  Visit the “Play Hockey for Free” tab on the LHA website for answers to frequently asked questions or contact the appropriate level director:
