Mouth guard fittings are set up for the following dates....

Tuesday, September 30th from 3-6 pm at Lakeville Orthodontics - Mouth guards are at Ames Arena ready for pick up.  Rink 1 in the white cabinets that have the mouth guards sign on the front.....They are sorted by North and South.

Saturday, October 18th from 9am - 12 pm at Arnold Orthodontics - They are available in the cabinets at Ames 1.  They are broken down my level.

These are events put on by the orthodontic clinics to provide LHA players a fitted mouth guard free of charge.  Once the mouth guards are finished, you will be notified by LHA that they are ready for pick up.
