Welcome to the 2011/2012 Mite Prep Black team! Please refer to the calendar for updated game & practice information.

Please make sure you provide a photo copy of your child's birth certificate and the completed Consent to Treat form to me so we can get these submitted to the LHA. The form is located in the "Documents" tab on the LHA site.
