Welcome to the 2011-2012 Mite Hockey Season!

Attention parents: Two items need to be turned into the team manager.
1. A copy of birth certificate for any new players to LHA
2. A Consent to Treat form needs to be filled out by a parent (you may have already signed this form at the start of evaluations).

**Pictures will be December 14th at Hasse Arena at 6:30pm. Players need to be dressed in full gear with sticks and skates.

**We will also be having our team pizza party on December 18th following our 11:30am game at Ames. Our party will be held in the conference room at Ames.

**Mouthguard party at Cosmopolitian Orthodontics in Lakeville on December 20th from 6p-7p.
