South played all Wisconsin teams, winning 12-1, 7-0, 5-4 and the first-place game 3-1. The boys taped up their sticks with American flag tape and showcased helmet stickers "USA hockey players support our troops."

The boys dedicated the tournament to head coach Dan Rawley who is being deployed this week. His son announced the dedication at the tournament. Last night he watched his team in the stands and cheered them on as the boys played their last game with him present and won 8-1 vs. Eastview.
