Little Cats Registration 2025

The Little Cats program is a program designed to provide boys and girls that attend Lakeville area schools (with a Date of Birth on or after June 1, 2017) a chance to participate in our "Learn to Play Hockey" program without the additional burden of purchasing equipment before trying it out. 

The cost of the program is $225, which includes all equipment listed below and 3 sessions of on-ice instruction. This equipment is yours to keep at the end of the program. 

* You will be responsible to pay the shipping of the equipment.

Ice Times

9/13/24 2:00-3:00pm Genz Ryan Rink

9/20/24 2:00-3:00pm Hasse

9/27/24 2:00-3:00pm Hasse

Registration is limited to the first 50 players that sign up. Boys and Girls will be separated into different small group training pods on the ice. 

Participants must go to Burnsville Pure Hockey to get fitted for all equipment between 8/14-8/17/25. All equipment will be shipped directly to the participant's house.

A QR code from LHA will be emailed to all registered participants on or before 8/14/25 to bring to the Pure Hockey store.

Little Cats Learn to Play Equipment includes:

  • Helmet with Cage
  • Neck Guard
  • Shin Pads
  • Elbow Pads
  • Shoulder Pads
  • Breezers
  • Hockey Gloves
  • Hockey Bag
  • Skates
  • Stick

*Jock/Jill not provided, but can be purchased separately 

2025 Lakeville South Summer Training Camp

Who: All Lakeville South hockey players from Mite to high school
Where: Hasse arena
When: 6 weeks total, from June 16th - July 31st
(The week of July 4th (6/30-7/6) is off for the MSHSL mandatory no contact week.)

Cost:
$550 if paying by cash or check $560 if paying through venmo. (Venmo charges
businesses 2%).

Please register for the level you will be playing at for the 2025-2026 season. High
school groups will be set up by Coach Storm based on age and numbers. Registrations
are due by May 15th. Contact Coach Storm with any questions. All Bantam eligible
players should skate in the Bantam group unless invited by Coach Storm to join a high
school group.

North Summer Training Program

We’re happy to announce exciting changes for the 2025 North Youth STP! With Coach Taylor dedicating full focus to the high school program, Tim Conboy will be taking the lead in organizing and operating the STP for North Squirt through Bantam.

This past season, we saw incredible progress with Power Edge Pro (PEP) training—players across our entire association gained confidence and skill with the puck. Now, we’re building on that success! This summer’s STP help players take their next step in development with:

✅ PEP Training – Advancing puck control and agility
✅ Power Skating & Edge Work – Maximizing speed and balance
✅ Hockey IQ Development – Sharpening decision-making in small-area games

LAKEVILLE NORTH FALL 4X4 LEAGUE

What: 4x4 Full Ice

Where: Ames Arena

When: September 4th – September 21

Why: Compete, Have Fun and Develop Hockey IQ

Game Days: Thursday & Sunday

Cost: $250 Checks made payable to: 4X4 Hockey

Goalies $75 2 Squirt Goalies & 4 PW & Bantam Goalies (1 per team)

*Full Equipment Required “No Checking”

**All sales are final.

Players will be placed on teams. The team colors are: Red, Green, Black, & White. Each player will be responsible for their own jersey. Player assignments will be emailed SPACE IS LIMITED TO 12 skaters per team!

Coached and ran by NHL player and local Lakeville coach, Tim Conboy. This will be a PEP based skills camp during the month of August.

Summer Goalie Equipment Rental

Goalie equipment is available for summer check-out for our Mite and U8 players to continue their training.

A payment of $100 is required for the summer goalie check out.  When all equipment is returned at the end of the summer in good working order, a $50 refund will be issued.

Once registered, an email will be sent to coordinate pick-up of equipment.

We are using Ice Hockey Systems (IHS) for organizing and sharing all the best practices across the North hockey teams. We will be populating it with drills and practice plans developed by Tim Conboy. This is also a place for you to share your favorite practices with other coaches.  Below are a few notes.
