Our 5th Annual Hockey Day Lakeville event is all set and ready for the puck drop.  Please peruse this page for all of the information you will need and check back often for more information.  

Hockey Day Lakeville will be January 13th.  This year the event will be held indoors at Ames Ice Arena.  We will have a heated food and beverage tent, a great day of Lakeville hockey, an exhibition game featuring our MN Special Hockey athletes and the North vs South Coaches game.  There will be live music in the tent starting at 3pm and going until 11pm.  Please see the schedule tab below to learn more details on the timing of the games.  

The event will be a great time to celebrate hockey, as well as raise some great $ for LHA's new charitable giving arm - Hockey Helps.

Welcome to the information page for Hockey Day Lakeville.  I have listed some bullet points below to help you better prepare for the day.  I will say at the onset that we encourage all athletes and families to spend as much time supporting the various teams throughout the day.  There will be a food and beverage (adult and kid beverages) tent in the parking lot, a ton of hockey throughout the day, BINGO at 11:30 am and live music in the tent starting at 3pm.  The premier event of the day will be the MN Special Hockey and the North vs South Coaches games at the end of the day.

• B52 Burgers and Brew and Green Mill will be sponsoring the food/beverage tent
• Games will be going throughout the day
• For all skaters - BRING BOTH YOUR HOME AND AWAY JERSEY (Mites/U8's - bring your one jersey)
• ALL SKATERS - check in at the lobby of Ames prior to your game time.  Your skater will be assigned dark or light at check-in.  
• Mites/U8's - you will either be told to wear your game jersey or you will be given a pinny at check in to separate the teams.  All teams assigned in a given slot will be split evenly for their ice time.
• There will be live music under the tent from 3:00 - 5:00pm & 8:00 - 11:00PM to cap off the day.
