ROCHESTER "ROCHESTER TOURNAMENT"

Dates: Arrival 12/1/23 (3pm) / Departure 12/3/23 (11am)
Hotel: Country Inn & Suites South Mayo - I found a good deal at $94/night and I'm in the process of booking a block of 18 Double-Queen rooms and a Conference Room. I'm just waiting for a confirmation as the person I was dealing with was covering for the group sales manager. I'll check back on Monday 10/23. (Your families will book their individual rooms)

DES MOINES "NEW YEAR'S PUCK DROP"

Courtyard by Marriott: Booked 18 Double-Queen rooms, but the updated contract they sent last week shows 18 King-Size rooms with Sofa beds. I'll follow-up with him next week to see if we can get Double-Queens unless you're okay with the Kings or a mix. Let me know on this*** We requested conference room if available, so I'll check on that, too.
