This year we will kick off the weekend on January 14th with our 1st annual Hockey Helps fundraiser at B52 in Lakeville. The event will be a great time to celebrate hockey, as well as raise some great $ for LHA's new charitable giving arm - Hockey Helps. Please see the registration link below for more information and to purchase tickets.
Hockey Day Lakeville will follow on January 15th. This year the event will be held indoors at Ames Ice Arena. We will have a heated food and beverage tent, a great day of Lakeville hockey, an exhibition game featuring our MN Special Hockey athletes, and much more. The day will be capped off with a North vs South coaches game and live music back in the tent. Please see the schedule tab below to learn more details on the timing of the games.

Welcome to the information page for Hockey Day Lakeville. I have listed some bullet points below to help you better prepare for the day. I will say at the onset that we encourage all athletes and families to spend as much time supporting the various teams throughout the day. There will be a food and beverage (adult and kid beverages) tent in the parking lot, a ton of hockey throughout the day, and live music in the tent to cap the day off. The premier event of the day will be the MN Special Hockey game in the middle of the day, as well as the North vs South coaches game at the end of the day.
If you have any additional questions, please email Board@LakevilleHockey.org
Hockey Day Lakeville will be contributing part of the profits from the event to support the following causes. Thank you for your participation!
No longer limited to able bodied players, hockey's new growth is in disabled disciplines. It provides these new players all the great benefits of the sport from physical to social.
The Hendrickson Foundation seeks to grow the game of hockey by including individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
Hockey Helps is the charitable giving arm of the Lakeville Hockey Association. The mission of Hockey Helps is to give back to the Lakeville community, as well a the greater hockey community, as needs arise. A large portion of the funds from Hockey Helps will fund an annual college scholarship for 2 Lakeville North Seniors (1 boy and 1 girl) and 2 Lakeville South Seniors (1 boy and 1 girl) who enjoyed playing their youth hockey in LHA and continue to make a positive impact in the Lakeville community.
Lakeville Hockey Association (LHA) provides recreational hockey programs for the youth of the Lakeville, MN community. With over 1,000 members, LHA is the 'Ville of Hockey with one of Minnesota's largest hockey associations.
The philosophy of LHA is to provide developmental programs for aspiring hockey players to learn basic skills for the sport in a healthy, competitive environment. We believe that mastering the fundamental skills and playing hockey in a fun environment are essential to the development of a life-long interest in hockey.
