MITE/U8 EVALUATIONS

Evaluations will take place on Oct. 29/30 and Nov. 5/6.  Each skater will have one 1hr session each weekend.  Evaluation schedules for the first weekend are posted under Home>Tryouts.  You will find a .pdf with all tryout sessions,  if you cannot find your child on the list please contact mitedirector@lakevillehockey.org

•Players should come fully dressed, if possible.

•Please have your player’s first name clearly written on a piece of white tape across the front of their helmet so our support staff can address them by name.

•One parent/guardian is allowed in the arena to check-in at the front registration table, collect your player’s pinny, and help them get their skates tied and helmet on. Again, during the Saturday sessions (only), that parent/guardian may stay in the arena during their session.

•**Note: The pinnies are reversible and it’s important you have the correct color worn as assigned at the registration table—and the number is clearly visible. You will keep and use the same pinny/color for the second evaluation and turn it in following that session.

•Players are not to be allowed inside the arena more than 15 minutes before their evaluation session starts.

•Have arrangements planned to be outside the building during your player’s session (Sundays only) and return promptly as it finishes.

•Players must depart the arena 15 minutes after the session ends.

•Players must bring their own water bottle. All water bottles must be clearly labeled with your player’s name. No sharing of water bottles will be allowed.

•Attendance logs will be kept for each evaluation session. If you have a scheduling conflict, please contact: mitedirector@lakevillehockey.org with as much notice as possible. If you have already notified a conflict, you do not need to resend.

•If your player is sick, please contact: mitedirector@lakevillehockey.org to make alternate arrangements for evaluations.
